The IBM team worked with the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor Development Corporation to assess plans for up to 24 new cities in northwest India. The team applied Smarter Cities thinking to develop a far-reaching plan to dramatically transform India's urban landscape, generate jobs, and examine the issue of integration across cities.
