We provide cities around the world with grants of IBM expertise and technology to address their top strategic challenges. Winning cities receive a team of IBM experts deployed full-time for three weeks, with all costs assumed by IBM Citizenship. Teams leverage IBM cognitive computing, cloud platform, mobile and social analytics and extensive weather data capabilities to provide deep, data-driven insights that help improve policy development and decision-making in cities.
